Haydee Espino Castillo

Full-time Lecturer of Spanish



Haydeé Espino Castillo is a native of Northern Mexico who moved to the United States in 2010 to pursue her studies. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from The University of Texas at El Paso and an M.A. in Translation Studies from Kent State University. An active translator, she joined Case Western Reserve University in 2013, where she teaches both elementary and intermediate Spanish courses. She was nominated for the 2014 CWRU Wittke Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching.
